Brought tea and food to a homeless man standing at an intersection. Unfortunately a few minutes later I then watched him be searched and arrested by local police. I'm following up on his arrest to understand why he was taken in and why the food I gave hime (his property!) was taken away by a second officer (in a different car than the one the man was driven off in).

Update: He was brought in for a charge other than panhandling. I was told his belongings would be returned to him.
