My Battered Suitcase Turns One

January marked the one-year anniversary of this journey I call My Battered Suitcase.  To all of you who supported me, followed me, liked me and encouraged me - THANKS.  This experience has given me a new perspective on travel and the outlet to be creative, open and adventurous.

Here’s to year #2 of my journey.  I hope you come along with me.
